🗑️ Request Account Deletion
If you would like to request deletion of your account and associated data from the myTQM Staff Rota system, please follow these steps:
How to Request Deletion:
- Send an email to dean@myTQM.co.uk
- Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line
- Provide your Staff ID or username
- Specify which data you want deleted (or request complete account deletion)
What Data Will Be Deleted:
- User profile information (name, email, contact details)
- Personal preferences (notification settings, themes)
- Leave requests (pending and historical)
- Shift swap requests (pending and historical)
What Data May Be Retained:
- Historical shift records (for compliance and audit purposes - 6 years retention)
- Payroll records (for legal compliance - 6 years retention)
- Incident reports (for care quality compliance - 6 years retention)
Processing Time:
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation when your request has been completed.
Important Notes:
- Deletion requests must be verified with your organization's administrator
- Some data is retained for legal compliance (GDPR, care regulations)
- Deleted accounts cannot be recovered
