Accessibility Statement
PrimoQual â myTQM Ltd — Last audited: 15 June 2026
About This Statement
myTQM Ltd is committed to making PrimoQual accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. This statement applies to the web application at therota.co.uk and primoqual.co.uk.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
Compliance Status
An internal technical audit was conducted on 15 June 2026 covering all primary templates, stylesheets, and interactive components.
All critical and high failures identified have been remediated. The following features are known to meet WCAG 2.1 AA:
- Keyboard-navigable interface throughout
- Skip-navigation link on every page
- All images have descriptive alternative text
- Colour contrast meets AA or AAA throughout (minimum 4.5:1 for text)
- Form inputs are labelled and errors announced to assistive technology
- Focus indicators visible on all interactive elements
- Screen reader landmarks: navigation, main content, footer
- ARIA live regions for dynamic content (dashboard metrics)
- Modals with proper focus management
- Page titles are descriptive on every page
- Language declared on all pages (
lang="en") - Pinch-zoom not restricted (allows up to 5Ã zoom)
Known Limitations
The following minor issues are planned for remediation in the next development sprint (target: September 2026):
- Some data tables in PDF export templates do not have
scopeattributes on header cells (these templates are not navigated interactively). - Footer links to Privacy Policy, Help, and this Accessibility Statement were previously non-functional (fixed June 2026).
Technical Specifications
PrimoQual relies on the following technologies for WCAG conformance:
- HTML5 and ARIA
- Bootstrap 5.3 (keyboard and screen reader support)
- CSS3 (focus-visible, sufficient colour contrast)
- JavaScript (accessible modal and dropdown behaviour)
The application has been tested with keyboard navigation and reviewed against WCAG 2.1 criteria. A full assistive technology test with NVDA/VoiceOver is planned for the September 2026 review cycle.
