Frequently Asked Questions
Go to Shifts in the main navigation to see your upcoming shifts. Use the calendar view to filter by date, or the table view for a full list.
Navigate to Leave in the main menu, tap Request Leave, select your dates and reason, then submit. Your manager will be notified automatically and you will receive a notification when it is approved or declined.
Open the shift you want to swap and select Request Swap. Choose a colleague and they will receive a notification to accept or decline. Once both parties agree, a manager must approve the swap.
Contact your line manager or system administrator to reset your password. If your organisation uses Microsoft 365 Single Sign-On, use your organisation's standard account recovery process.
Go to Settings â Security and follow the prompts to link an authenticator app such as Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator. Scan the QR code shown on screen and enter the 6-digit code to confirm.
